Privacy

Teardown is an early-access connector at mcp-marketing.lab.brifio.me. This page says what personal data the site stores today.

What we collect

• Email and the competitor domain you submit on the free-teardown form.
• A first-party cookie, visitor_id, so we can count visits without an account.
• Email, a topic, and the message you send on the support form.
• Page path, referrer, and utm_source when you view the home page, a report, or the docs.

Why

The free teardown is something you asked us to send. That request is the basis for storing the email and domain. The cookie and page views are how we measure whether the page works. Support messages are how we reply in text.

How long

• Free-teardown email with no account: removed after 90 days. A hash of the address can remain so the same request is not opened twice.
• Support messages: removed after 12 months.
• If you later open an account: email is kept for the life of the account plus 12 months.
• Cached public competitor data, when the connector is on: 24 hours.

What we never store

• The name, photo, or profile of a review author.
• Your ad account. Version 1 does not connect to one.
• Card numbers. When billing opens, Stripe handles the card.
• A raw IP address. A hash is kept for at most an hour to limit form spam, then deleted.
